The next generation control system comes in different configurations: with IoT Remote Condition monitoring, or for communication via Ethernet based trainwide TCMS.
The Trainvac Remote Condition Maintenance monitoring system collects performance data with real time clock stamps, and does include analogue operating and performance data as well. Performance data is being evaluated in a monitoring cloud platform. Through big data analysis, selected preventative maintenance activities can be made to extend the service life of each of the components while support avoiding costly service disruptions.
