The technology of vacuum toilet systems has not changed much in the past 15 years. Existing toilets on trains do the job but leave a lot of room for improvement (and often unpleasant smells as well). That is why we thought it was time to rethink the whole system and flush out the old ways of thinking about onboard sanitary ware. Trainvac Compact

Readily available, quickly fitted. Minimal downtime. The Trainvac Compact enables the highest level of train compatibility. The system is designed to enable rapid replacement of the complete toilet assembly in the event of corrective or preventative maintenance needs. The Trainvac Compact has been proven to perform excellently in every way, including reliability and availability. The Trainvac Compact features fully proven and validated system components. It complies with the latest standards and requirements.

Trainvac Central System

The Trainvac Central System allows you to connect a number of toilets to a single vacuum tank. It offers an extremely reliable and robust system. It is also very cost-effective, using only one tank. When system reliability is critical or installation requirements are highly demanding, the Trainvac Central System usually makes the most business sense and complies with the latest standards and requirements.

Toilet cabin modular structures

Attractive, practical and adaptable cabin modules from Trainvac comply with the latest standards. They carry all the required certifications. For your further reassurance, we only use fully validated components and sub-systems from partners that are market leaders in their respective fields. Full flexibility is achieved by using different structure materials, including GRP, sandwich panels or hybrid design. Cabin door systems

If you are planning a rolling stock refurbishment or a new build, Trainvac offers a wide variety of cabin door solutions for sanitary cabin modules in collaboration with our partner. In train vehicle upgrades, Trainvac also integrates these mature doors and door components into existing modules. UNIC large

Keep up with new advances and customer expectations. Our integrated toilet cabin system controllers offer all the module functionalities you could need. This smart, future-proof system controller was developed in 2020. It is provided with the latest high-performance processor and other advanced electronic components.

UNIC small

Small and independent. This is our smart little brother of the UNIC large, to be used as a controller within a vacuum toilet or alternatively as a system controller for smaller scale systems.

Tanks for fresh and waste water

Because the design of rolling stock differs depending on the manufacturer and model, Trainvac offers a wide range of fresh and waste water tanks to suit different installation conditions and requirements. If you are concerned about technical compliance or availability, rest assured: we provide a choice of different standard models, and can custom-design tanks to your requirements and specifications.

Tanks can be integrated with existing water supply system as required.

Onboard water supply systems

Trainvac can supply you with a wide selection of water supply and water heating systems. These can easily integrate with existing systems, and offer features such as freeze protection. We provide standard models, as well as custom designs manufactured to your specifications.
